Introducing the IRP208DB Rackmountable DIN Rail Control Panel, a game-changing solution for industrial control panel design. Our innovative design approach provides control panel designers, engineers, lab technicians, and R&D researcher the ability to build custom industrial control panels without drilling. The IRP208DB features multiple rows of pre-installed M4 PEM nuts, allowing quick and secure mounting of DIN rails and cable management ducts. For hardware requiring mounting positions not covered by the existing PEM nuts, the panel includes 9x9 cage nut holes that accept both  RSN1035K1 and RSN1035K2 Cage nut kit , enabling flexible placement of DIN rails without additional drilling. Simply populate the cage nuts where needed, mount your components, and you’re done..

Expansion Option 2

Option #2 IRP1-CNB5 Rear Expansion Kit. IRP1-CNB5 Rear Expansion Kit is an innovative accessory designed to double your DIN Rail equipment installation capacity at a fraction of the cost. It utilizes the rear section of your existing DIN Rail Panel, providing additional installation space without the need to purchase a new panel. The kit includes three 5U cage nut brackets, compatible with the three M4 countersink holes located on the top and bottom sides of the DIN Rail Panel. The IRP1-CNB5 bracket supports the RSN1035K1 Cage Nuts Kit, enabling quick and secure mounting of DIN Rails and cable management ducts on the rear side. This feature effectively doubles the total installation space, ensuring efficient use of resources.

What is difference between IRP1-CNB5 and IRP101D. Both offers similar functionality. IRP1-CNB is design specific for rear side expansion only. It support multiple DIN Rails and PVC Wire Duct installation IRP1-CNB only support up to 6U DIN Rail Enclosures.

As for IRP101D, it is design to support (1) DIN Rail or (1) PVC Wire duct per din rail bar. However, it can be install at front, center and rear side of the bracket. In addition IRP101D only support IRO208DB series enclosures.
