Introduction

1U Shelf

The IKD1000-K1 1U rackmount keyboard drawer offers enhanced security features to protect your keyboard from unauthorized access.

Security is an important part of our design criteria. IKD1000-K1 come with build in keylock with 2 access keys. Key can be withdrawn in locked or unlock position. In addition, the front metal panel has minimal opening gaps when keyboard drawer is in closed position. Your keyboard is fully protected from unauthorized access.

In addition to key lock, we also include features such as a cable management arm which keeps data cables away from other equipment below the keyboard drawer, and a removable drawer handle bar to reduce interference with cabinet door.

IKD100-K1 use a ball bearing sliding rail with build in stop tab safety feature. When keyboard drawer is pull out beyond 9.32”, the stop tab will engage and stops keyboard drawer from moving further. This also ensures keyboard drawer does closed by itself while in use.

Finally, the base unit for keyboard drawer is a fully functional rackmount shelf. The shelf features two oval cable access holes with plastic bushing cover for your VGA, HDMI, Display Port or USB Access cables. The shelf has built in mounting holes for cable strap anchor brackets. This makes securing equipment on the shelf fast and easy.

IKD1000-K1 is design to work with wide range of cabinet depth. It includes all of the necessary rackmount brackets and mounting hardware for both 2 post relay rack and 4 post rack cabinet from 14.82" to 31.16" depth. Everything you need for 19" rack cabinet is included.
