Maximum Accessibility & Support
The ISR100GS is a full-extension sliding shelf, engineered to slide out 100% of its total length, ensuring complete access to mounted equipment. Unlike 3/4 extension rails, this full-extension design features three travel sections, providing full support for the entire load even when fully extended.
For added convenience, the built-in auto-lock button allows for quick and secure detachment of the shelf from the rail when pressed, making maintenance, installation, and upgrades seamless and efficient.

Choose the right bearing for your need .
Sliding rails come in different bearing types, with the two most common being ball bearing and solid bearing designs. The key difference lies in their bearing mechanism:
- Ball Bearing Rails use small metal balls to enable smooth sliding. However, they require regular maintenance, such as lubrication and track cleaning, to ensure optimal performance.
- Solid Bearing Rails have no moving mechanical parts and instead rely on a frictionless coating for smooth operation. This design makes them more durable and reliable in harsh conditions.
To enhance load capacity and durability, the ISR100GS features a solid bearing system, supporting up to 80 lbs—compared to 60 lbs with ball-bearing rails.
Secure and Organized
The ISR100GS features cable strap anchor mounting holes, designed to help you keep your equipment secure and organized. The solid panel shelf includes two rows of mounting holes on both the left and right sides, offering multiple mounting points for the optional IKD1-AB1 anchor bracket and cable strap kit.
With the IKD1-AB1, you can easily position the anchor bracket at any point on the shelf to securely fasten your equipment. The included buckle allows you to tighten the strap with ease, and the push-to-release mechanism makes it simple to unfasten when needed.
The IKD1-AB1 anchor bracket ensures that securing lightweight equipment is both fast and easy, keeping your setup clean, organized, and safe.
ISR100GS Mounting Space Requirement
The ISR100GS has slightly different mounting space requirements compared to our standard RSF1041 series 1U sliding shelf. Designed to support both 1U and 2U rack equipment, the ISR100GS 1U rail positions its front rackmount bracket’s screw mounting holes at the 2nd and 3rd screw holes in the 1U spacing of the server rack. This results in a 3mm higher position compared to a standard 1U installation.
To properly install the ISR100GS, simply place the finger mounting between the 2nd and 3rd 1U screw spaces, as shown in the diagram.
Since most 1U sliding shelves are typically used as storage platforms for securing equipment like computers, APCs, or other larger devices that require 2U or more of rack space, this installation method will not affect how you mount the shelf in your server rack.
However, the ISR100GS is not suitable for situations where only 1U of space remains in the server rack with no available space above or below the sliding shelf.
