Our Din Rail products are design specifically for industrial standard EIA-301 19” rackmount cabinet. Since, EIA-310 19” rackmount cabinet is widely used in the telecom and data center industry, panel fabricator or in-house engineer can easily order 19” cabinet from almost any e-retailer or local reseller at very competitive pricing.
EIA-310 19” cabinet offers excellent air flow, security and protection from environment. It is available in many sizes ranging from 13U up to 47U. The mounting platform can be as simple as a 2 Post relay rack to a fully enclosed 4 post cabinet with a build in air conditioning unit. With so many size and shape to choose from, you will not have any problem finding a suitable size enclosure for your project need.
Our DIN Rail Panel is design to be highly customizable in a 2 post relay rack or 4 post standard EIA310 19” server cabinet. It has several unique features such as adjustable mounting position for DIN Rail. RCB1112BK15 has integrated M4 PEM nuts at strategic locations on the panel which makes mounting DIN Rail or PVC Wire duct fast and easy. Additional mounting positions are available via the square cage nut holes on the panel. Our RSN1035K1 cage nuts kit is design to work with these square cage nuts holes. You can pop in RSN1035K1 cage nuts in the location where you need to install your DIN Rail or PVC Wire duct. RCB1112BK15 offers customization without drilling.
Our unique IRP1-CNB expansion brackets double your existing installation space without buying a new DIN Rail Panel. IRP1-CNB is design to utilize the empty space behind our DIN Rail Panel. Our Din Rail Panels have three mounting holes at top and bottom flange which works with IRP1-CNB brackets. Installation is fast and simple. IRP1-CNB use the same RSN1035K1 cage nut kit as our standard DIN Rail Panel. You can mount DIN Rail or PVC Wire duct at any height that is available. IRP1-CNB is especially useful if you have limited rack space to work with.
Two different type of cover panels are available for our Din Rail Panel. One is removable cover option. Combination of IRP1-FPK kit and RCB1090 filler panel offers designer option to include removable cover panel for safety and protection of sensitive electronics. IRP1-FPK coms with plastic spacers and extra long #10-32 screws to mount RCB1090 filler panel Infront of our DIN Rail Panel properly. Plastic spacer raises the filler panel to cleared the #10-32 mounting screw securing the DIN Rail panel. This mounting method allows RCB1090 filler to be removed without removing DIN Rail Panel.
For application that does not allow removable cover panel, designer can use IRP104S or IRP104V panel. RCB1112BK15 has mounting holes on the right and left side “L” brackets that works with IRP104S or IRP104V panel. Once IRP104S is mounted, the only way to remove it is to detach RCB1112BK completed from the server rack to gain access to IRP104S or IRP104V panel. Since IRP104S is detachable, installer can place it on a drill press to custom punch holes for LED status light, switches or instruments. IRP104S give designer more customization options.
On both side of the Din Rail Panel, three large cable access holes are available for routing cable into your server rack. Additional cable access holes are also available on the din rail panel. Our Din Rail panel offers the simplest way to route, organize, and store large bundles of cable and wires for your project.
