Most of the industrial control panel projects are unique and almost all requires custom build solution. For small custom build solution, it usually means higher cost and longer lead time. There is no way around it for custom build project until now. Introducing the new compact rackmount din rail panel. IRP1083D offers traditional panel fabricator a way to reduce cost and shorten lead time for small and large projects.

Our industrial control panel (ICP) solution offers simple and easy way to be integrate into any ICP design. Our Din Rail products are design specifically for industrial standard 2 post relaty rack, and 4 Post EIA-301 19” rackmount cabinet. Since, EIA-310 19” rackmount cabinet is widely used in the telecom and data center industry, panel fabricator or in-house engineer can easily order 19” cabinet from almost any e-retailer or local reseller at very competitive pricing.

EIA-310 19” cabinet offers excellent air flow, security and protection from environment. It is available in many sizes ranging from 13U up to 47U. The mounting platform can be as simple as a 2 Post relay rack to a fully enclosed 4 post cabinet with a build in air conditioning unit. With so many size and shape to choose from, you will not have any problem finding a suitable size enclosure for your project need.

13U Cabinet Install


IRP1083D is a highly customizable compact DIN Rail panel designed for both 2 Post Relay Rack and 4 Post standard 19" rack cabinet. It features 3.78” deep compact design which can fit into almost any compact wallmount or transport rack. IRP1083D has integrated M4 PEM nuts at strategic locations which makes mounting DIN Rails fast and easy. Additional square cage nut holes locate above or below M4 PEM nuts offers additional DIN Rail mounting positions. Optional RSN1035K1 M4 Cage nuts kit is required to use these square cage nut holes. IRP1083D offers you customization without drilling. It is a concept that not only reduces lead time, it also improves your bottom line for your project.

Cover Panel

Multiple Cover Options

Two different type of cover panels are available for our Din Rail Panel. One is removable cover option. Combination of IRP1-FPK kit and RCB1090 filler panel offers designer option to include removable cover panel for safety and protection of your sensitive electronics. IRP1-FPK coms with plastic spacers and extra long #10-32 screws to mount RCB1090 filler panel infront of our DIN Rail Panel properly. Plastic spacer raises the filler panel to cleared the #10-32 mounting screw securing the DIN Rail panel. This mounting method allows RCB1090 filler to be removed without removing DIN Rail Panel.

For application that does not allows removable cover panel, designer can use (2)IRP104S or (2)IRP104V panel. IRP1083 has mounting holes on four corners of the “L” brackets that works with IRP104S or IRP104V panel. Once IRP104S or IRP104V is mounted, the only way to remove it is to detach IRP1083 completed from the server rack to gain access to IRP104S or IRP104V panel. Since IRP104S is detachable, installer can place it on a drill press to custom punch holes for LED status light, switches or instruments. IRP104S give designer more customization options.
